I've not spoken to my close female friend for 3 months as we got to close.I told her that I wanted no contact so that I could get over my feelings for her. She only wanted to be friends.

She's txt bck:i really do not have the energy to keep explaining things to you.I will be civil but i'm afraid i feel the close friendship is lost...........

We MET ON FRIDAY at a friends party,we spoke a lot,but she still looked hurt+uncomfortable at times.

I apologised for hurting her i.e. wanting no contact - she snaped bck saying YOU NEVER HURT ME! GOOD/BAD RESPONSE??

I asked her if she'll join us on our group roadtrips - she said YES! - A POSITIVE SIGN OF FRIENDSHIP RESTARTING???

As she left I said that hopefully/possibly see you in a few months -she replied I'll see you at the roadtrip - we said bye and she gave me a tight hug - ANOTHER POSITIVE SIGN???

She needed a hug from my mate as it was too much for her to take in!

IS THE FRIENDSHIP REALLY LOST???Why she hurt???

it is like a long pause when they first meet and it literally scares me. i feel for my black friends. afraid that they are not feeling secure around my white friends. i want to be myself and not worry. what do you recommend? thanks for any input.

OK, im thinking of running a marathon and i need some tips!! This will be my very 1st marathon, dont really know what to expect!Im planning on running the Cardiff Half Marathon, its in october! What sort of diet should i be on, theres just 1 problem, im a vegetarian so meat is a total no!! And i do not eat eggs either, but i have milk!! Also how long does it take to get in shape for a marathon?

my family is being very rude to me. i think this is very unfair and i don't know what to do about it. they'd make fun of me and said " you act like such a diva and act your own age" and " why do you think that all there is to good people is looks?" and " your are so shallow". i was in tears and i don't even know why they started doing that.... all my mother said was that she was trying to get me to focus less on my looks and then i started to avoid their comments becuase they began to get mean and nasty. what do i do? i don't deserve this!!! i am not a little kid or anything. i am an older teen but this still bothered me.

First of all... Its not ME.

A friend of mine had toddler twin boys when she found out she was prego with triplets. Yikes! No fertility drugs either, she was on the depo shot. Anyway... some people were appalled, and said she should consider "selective abortion", and have one or two of the babies aborted to give the other(s) a better chance at survival since triplets are so high-risk. I was wondering what your opinion is on this. My friend is a wonderful mother, happily married, great career in biology and her hubby is a doc. Its not like they couldnt support the kids. Would you kill off one or more of your babies if you were prego with multiples AGAIN, to be "fair" to the other children?

A box keeps coming up saying that my computer needs to close all windows due to an error. I have looked at the information in the box and it's always a different file that seemes to be doing it. The computer also keeps turning itself off and it switches to a blue screen right before it shuts down, that says critical system error. What's happening? Do I have a virus or something?
