do eyelashes ever grow back?
my sisters friend was curling her eyelashes about a month ago and when somebody snuck up on her she ripped all of them out.
will she grow them back?

They should, it may take awhile, eyelashes are just another hair on your body that grow and fall out occasionally. If she scarred her eyelids they may not though.

Ouch! Eyelashes are just hair, so I would think so. I just saw on the news that there are now eyelash transplants....you know, for women who want thicker lashes (??). Anyway, if your sister's friend's lashes dont grow back, this sounds like a painful option!

I've accidentally ripped out some eyelashes when trying to take off falsies before, they grow back but it takes a while...putting a dab of oil on your eyelids helps to condition them so they grow back thicker and faster.

Ow! ripping out eyelashes sounds pretty nasty and painful. Yes, they will grow back, but that doesn't mean your sister's friend shouldn't be expecting an apology.

I'm pretty sure that all hair on the body grows back, because if you pluck eye brows it comes back. I wouldn't worry about it too much and just give it some time, I'm sure it will grow back.

Mm-hmm, they'll grow back. I used to have this nasty habit of plucking at them every once and a while... it takes 3-4 months for them to grow back completely, but they will grow back... no worries.

They will grow back in a couple of months...I had a friend who did that too.....

my friend gemma plucked out her eyelashes at school when she was 12.
they didnt grow back untill she was 23.
so yes they grow back but not for ages.
