I have been told I'm a good listener, but I want to improve my listening skills... I used to cut into conversations with advice and personal anecdotes, but I was told that's bad, so I stopped - now when people are upset though, I listen, I say I understand and I'm sorry for them, agree that it sucks - but what else can I do?

Advice sounds condescending, and personal anecdotes like I'm trivialising their problems... other than letting them know I'm there to listen and that I understand, what can I do?

Any ideas would be helpful.

What is actually zero number?

Why it can't be divided by every number?

e.g.:

6 / 0 is undetermined.
Why? because 0*0 is not 6. So, what can be done to make that 0 become 6? Why is 0 so misterious?

I could still see that the aging group in the Philippines are still a pun of their religion. The oldest woman in out country said "Love the Muslim and Christian both with no fusses nor preferences" Are the youngest generations of Muslims around the globe still love their religion the way the old Roman Catholics love (that is, being a fanatic, if that is how I see it)

well i had earlier posted a question saying i was terrified about a dental surgery that i had to go through...well....it wasnt that bad.
but anyway.....they told me they were going to numb my mouth after i was "put under" and they did. but the surgery was like almost a week ago now (5 days) and the left side of my mouth is still numb.
it's like from the middle of my bottom lip to the corner of my mouth on the left. it also feels like theres tons on pressure on my teeth in that area, and they are numb too.
i called the doctor and he said to "give it a couple days"
this numbness is really annoying me. it's making it hard to chew food and it makes me feel like i have a "fat lip"
is this normal for it to be numb this long after surgery?
is there a way to make the feeling come back or something i can do?
any help would be appreciated

10 years ago I went out with this guy for 5 years (my first love) and now I am happily married with another man. All I could hear was some simple minded children trying to talk DUKE out of the tourney, PLEASE!!! BEFORE they beat B.C. AGAIN, they allready had 5 wins vs the rpi top 50, Now they have 6. They Beat Indiana, Goegetown, Air Force and Gonzaga. 4 out of thier 7 losses have been by 6 points or less, They Play in the hands down toughest divison in Basketball, the ACC. they were ranked 26th place in the Nation 5 votes behind 25th, the top 64 teams get in the tourney. OOOOH, I get it, The Duke Haters were just trying out for the new ESPN talking Butt commercials!!! A Picture of a rear end saying " Duke shouldn't make the tournement " LMFAO, I CAN'T HEAR YOU!!!!!
