im tierd of paying 30 cents a pop for ghost shrimp has any one had any luck on breeding them
i know how and from what i have read it hit or miss i just want to know if u have had any luck

i think ur getting ripped off..cuz at my aquarium place here in miami...its is 10 for $1...i suggest u find a better aquarium..i don't know about breeding though

To be honest mate 30 cents a pop isnt terrible, Ive never had any luck and i think the reason everybody isnt breading them is because they need pacific treatment, I myself have tried and failed misrabaly. U just end up wasting more money than its worth, Just stick to the 30 centers matey, I do belive that if the correct environment for the shrimp is created you may have a shot but the question is What is the real environment?? Maybe it depends on your climate..... but I've never tried to breed shrimp, either.
Could you call a local hatchery and see what they have to say?

Best chance would be outdoors in the summer,in a kiddie pool of some kind,might be an interesting project.---PeeTee
