The Premium system has everything. The core system has only what you need to play. The Premium system has a wireless controller, a headset for online play, and some more cables for online play I think.

The core is just the console and a wired controller.
The premium has wireless controller, hard drive, and a couple of other extra things.
The premium is best since you have to buy a hard drive anyway with the core version.

The premium system pretty much just holds more memory then the core console. Other then that, theres not much different.
