I have a 95 Chevy Lumina 3.1 and the problem is I drive around first thing in the morning when the engine is cold and the temperature will rise all the way upto 260 (Red line) and is blowing cold air out the vents. I took it to a mechaninc who purged the air out of the system, and that worked after i took it from him (engine still warm), next morning did the same thing (hot no heat), mechanic then changed t-stat that he replaced last year. Doing the same thing (hot no heat). i then have looked around and heard either intake manifold gasket or head gasket. i then took it to the mechanic to see again what he thought it could be, he called around to his mechanic buddies and said probably head gaskets. but there is no oil or anti freeze in each other so there is no leak going to ruin the engine. So i was going to change the intake man. gaskets but i decided to take to another garage and they said there was a small leak in the water pump and changed that... still the same problem...HELP!!!!

It's auburn right now, but I've died it dark brown numerous times. Should I die it dark brown again.. or should I lighten up for the spring? Maybe a lighter auburn color?

Is it possible for the IRS to take back a refund they already gave me? My husband and I filed a joint return a few weeks ago, with a 3600 refund. The IRS website told me that a direct deposit in this amount was scheduled to be made yesterday (Friday the 16th). I called my husband yesterday (overseas in germany) to find out if the deposit had been made. He went to the ATM, checked it, and said that all 3600 had been deposited. Then he called me this morning and said that the ATM was saying that the money was not there anymore. Is this possible? Can the IRS just take the entire amount of the refund back without notice, and that quickly? We're talking about hours here, and the IRS is not exactly opened on the weekend! Help!!!
