9/11 Conspiracy?

There's a programme on BBC2 tomorrow night about possible conspiracies on the events on 9/11. Do you believe that terrorists actually hijacked planes or weather the U.S government was behind it to justify the 'War On Terror'?

for 9/11 to be a conspiracy it would take so many individuals to be a part of it....from the airlines, passengers, air traffic controllers, policemen, firemen, and a whole bunch of government officials...the conspiracy theorists are asking us to believe that not a single one of these people had their consciences bothered in this murdurous plot that killed almost 3,000 innocent people?....not a single one willing to speak out and expose this deadly conspiracy?...time to put all the conspiracy theories to bed and admit that it was a brilliant plot that caught america flat-footed.....

I'm not sure what the truth is, but my gut feeling tells me that the American government had more reason to gain from the events of 9/11, than the terrorists.

if this event had not happened how could the war in Iraq be justified?

what better reason than revenge/justice would the ordinary man have accepted for going to war.

we all know that the main reason for going to war has turned out to be a lie, so the other question is what else would the government lie to its own people about and how far would they take this lie to get what they want?

the reason that conspiracy theories exist is that the "truth" doesn't make sense

'loose change' is an excellent programme!!!

I dare anyone to deny that there is a possibility that the US government had a hand in the events of 9/11 after watching it. I downloaded a free copy off the net - good job, because they will not broadcast it Ireland, RTE pulled the programme at the last minute saying they believed it to be inaccurate.......hmmmm

Maybe the US gov were behind the terrorists?? Seriously, we don't know half of whats actually going on in the world....

Saw the programme, which only confirmed my gut feeling that there is a massive cover-up going on. I find it very difficult to believe that these people, who apparently attended flying schools in the U.S.(on light aircraft like the Cessna) and seem to have been incompetent pilots at best, could have carried out things like the tight diving turn observed by the Air Traffice Controllers at the Pentagon. Apparently, somebody then destroyed the ATC tapes - bang goes your evidence.

The contents of the WTC buildings appear to have been pulverised into dust - there goes your evidence of the aircraft themselves.

Why delay the launching of jet interceptors? My gut feeling tells me that the perpetrators didn't want the aircraft seen close up for any length of time, at any cost. Why? Because, looking at the footage and closeups of the planes in New York, these weren't the same planes that took off from Boston. The fighter pilots would have seen this when they pulled up close, and the game would have been up. Remember, Payne Stewart's aircraft was intercepted within about 15 minutes of going off course.

This was a very cleverly planned and executed military operation.

Ask yourself who would have been capable of that?

I rest my case.

The only conspiracy is somewhere living in a cave, near Pakistan. The terrorists did hijack our planes and crashed them as planned. And with sleeper cells already here in U.S.
we will be attacked again, most likely when Russia & Iran attack Israel!

There is no doubt the buildings were brought down by professional demolition. No way the fires could do it and there is no way the people of the United States have heard anything near the truth of the matter. It is their own fault they have not demanded the truth. I guess they prefer being lied to. The only place to get the facts aside from those few who distribute investigative materials is to find it on the internet. The news media is bought and paid for, completely complicit in the murder of 3,000 people. Both political parties are complicit. Our nation has been usurped by traitors dedicated to the destruction of the United States. Once that is accomplished there will be no barrier to worldwide and total dominion by the powers behind the curtain.

Well if there is evidence that there is a conspiracy the BBC will shout it from the roof tops ,if they realise that the people behind9/11 were Islamic terrorists,they will call them militants,martyrs or anything other than terrorists .
So if I were you I would not bother.

There was a conspiracy of Arabs to fly planes into 4 of the USA's most famous landmarks. Thats what all the evidence points to. It was shown live on TV.

I live in US. There was talk about the bodies being recovered during this event. I never heard as to whether they recovered the bodies of the terroist. I think that the terroist had sources that worked in the World Trade Center that aided in this attack and that explosives where set to make the building collapse.

What Conspiracy....Diana was murdered!...JFK was murdered!..Iraq has a stockpile of weapons of Mass Destruction.....UK need Nuclear Weapons to attack bird flu ...Iran has no right to develop Nuclear power but Isreal and Pakistan can do so ..... Bush an Blair are best leaders in the world..... We are told so by the Govt. It must be all true and conspiracy theories are for the doubters of their great abilities as our great world leaders .
