I've been weight training for awhile, but I only follow the weight training program at my high school. To prevent over training, I usually just work out the muscle groups that the program tells me to on a particular day. However, sometimes I just feel like I want to lift more with the same muscle group but I'm afraid of over training. How much time does it take for each muscle group to recover? I know that certain muscles recover faster than others like the biceps being the fastest. I learned that from a book.

most times when i first meet someone i often as not prefer to nod my head to them rather than shake hands with them, as i am very aware that as i wash my hand both before and after using the restroom there are others that are not, as a female friend of mine discovered when out on a blind date, after the guy came back from the restroom he reached across the table to brush the hair out of her eyes, and she smelled urine on his fingers, and there was also a program a few years back called pub ammo where they tested a bowl of free peanuts left at end of night, and found traces of nicotine, urine, and faeces on them...so am i right or wrong not to wish to shakre strangers hand till i know them better, although i often tell them i have stiff fingers and don't shake hands

This comming up friday is gonna be greeeeeeat!!!!! Its my birthday, and Im going on a field trip to the mall (and we get to shop! woohoo!) and The school dance is that night, the guy who I liked asked me to the dance!!!!!! Beggars, homeless people and social miscasts their only assets are their body when the friends and relatives have abandoned them. Many rich people in developed nations have ruined their kidneys with excess alcohol and caviar with millions to spare. The Government of India is too cheap to give the poor business loans, but at least the government can help these poor folks sell their kidneys to overseas recipients and help the folks to set up small businesses with the money received when they recover. It could be called India's Kidney Revolution. It is a well known medical fact that people can survive with one kidney. Is it that bad to have renewed hope in life minus one kidney courtesy the Government of India?

After my pc has been running for a while, I cannot use the Start, Logoff sequence. If I do, it takes a very long time and when it gets to the start screen, the screen eventually goes blank. The only thing I can do at this point is to turn the power off, then on and reboot. Alternatively, I can do a ctl/alt/del and use the Windows Task Manger to logoff and I'm okay.

A friend says that he thinks it has to do with my using Norton. Anybody else run into this and found a solution? Thanks.

I am using DishFamily. My kids want Disney Channel and Cartoon Network, and I want to watch ESPN, but they said to suscribe. Is it possible to suscribe for 1 channel. If so how much? I'm trying to troubleshoot/setup a friend's computer (a new Vista running laptop) from across the country. She's trying to use Outlook 2007 and has a Yahoo! Small Business account. If we use the same settings, me on XP using Outlook Express and her using Outlook 2007, I can send and receive email to/from her account. She, on the other hand, can only receive email. Her outgoing email is stuck in her outbox. A very brief error message flashes, but she can't read it.

I'd head over there and set it up myself if I could, but I'm too far away... Any ideas on how to fix this problem?

I'm going to California this summer and really don't want to get burnt but a tan would be nice. I heard that if you use a tanning bed or booth before you go on vacation will help prevent getting burnt and will help you tan more. I've never used a tanning bed and always use sunscreen.. but I was wondering if this really is helpful.
