It is a shame for the illiterate people to live in the most civilized, prosperous country in the world when they can't even speak, write, and read in correct English. Now, I'm not talking about the newly arrived immigrants who are still learning English. I'm talking about those people who were born in this country and the illiterate people that are posting questions on the "Yahoo Answers". They made so many trivial grammar and spelling errors. They got offended and then deleted my answers. I was trying to help them to write correctly in English but they were too foolish to understand my good intention and noble gesture.

They don't understand the difference between: lose or loose, their or there, mine or my, guy or guide and the list goes on....

Grammar errors:
She/he/it/they and I go to....(not me and her/him/it/them go to)
She/he/it does...(not she/he/it don't)

Spelling errors such as:
buoyfriend, gurlfriend, kar, attrakcion, amberress, skool...etc.

To me, I hope I would be able to do so (especially if it were a child). Of course, I wouldn't know unless that choice ever came my way. It's a difficult question to some degree.

I feel totally helpless and useless. I feel like I cannot control my actions or emotions. I feel like nobody understands and everyone else seems to think they know better then me. I went to my appointment and he prescribed me a mood stabalizer. But I have to go back in 10 days and he won't give me a months supply cause he don't trust me which I understand. I just feel like attempting almost every day. I feel as though I want to live but I don't. I feel like I have nothing to live for. Someone told me they thought I was on the edge of bipolar: well I crossed that edge and fell. :( I confused and lost. I don't feel like working or being with people. I just got a nice stereo system put in, and I as excited to get it, I've had it for two days and I could care less. I'm scared of myself and I don't know how I will ever overcome this. I feel like I may do something bad before these pills take effect. What should I do? Or not do? As the case may be.

Every year, average americans, pay at least 25% of their income in taxes (total). A very large part of that goes to welfare, disability, medicaid, and medicare. While leavng out the small portion of seniors who receive social security entitlements, and those with physical disability, is it our responsibility to pay for housing programs, welfare, food stamps for those "less fortunate" who cannot fnd a job. Also is it a civic duty to gve social security entitlements to people who have received mental health diagnoses, with a minimum payment of 650? plus better healthcare than any of us have ever seen? Is providing all of these things to "less fortunate" and "mentally ill" people out civic responsibility. Or, should we, as a culture have pride as one of our values?

Same question, put simpler:

Last night I got pulled over for the first time. The cop said he pulled me over because I had a tailight out. The actualy light was stilll working, but I guess I had to cover it up. $101

I don't have my six months driving time up, but I had my friend's brother & one of his friends in the car because I was driving them honestly, like a mile back to her house. They were hanging out at a playground and she didn't have enough room for all of them in her car. The cop let me go ahead & bring them the rest of the way home after he ticketed me. $101

I was so nervous and out of it & I thought the only proof of insurance card I had was in my other purse. After talking with my mom after the whole thing, it turns out the proof of insurance was in the freaking car, I just didn't look or know I was so freaked out. The cop ticketed me for $532.

I don't know anything about this stuff or if I should contest like my friends said I should. Any input helps, ~thanks~
