It depends on the plane and airline you are using. On small flights with small airlines, the flight attendents can't care less, especially if the plane is empty. However, big, int'l flights with major carriers don't allow you to simply jump to first class. At least, you have to pay for it.

I am glad you are not my coach. Separating yourself from the team is disrespectful.
If you do decide to go sit up in first class, know that you are missing out on crucial and valuable conversations with your players, stories and things that are a direct link to what motivates them as athletes.
