Should the government help poor people sell one kidney to recipients in rich nations?

Beggars, homeless people and social miscasts their only assets are their body when the friends and relatives have abandoned them. Many rich people in developed nations have ruined their kidneys with excess alcohol and caviar with millions to spare. The Government of India is too cheap to give the poor business loans, but at least the government can help these poor folks sell their kidneys to overseas recipients and help the folks to set up small businesses with the money received when they recover. It could be called India's Kidney Revolution. It is a well known medical fact that people can survive with one kidney. Is it that bad to have renewed hope in life minus one kidney courtesy the Government of India?

What a fine idea; it would not even cost the taxpayers anything, because once this trade was made legal, it would not require any government funding.
Not only kidneys could be sold; sections of the liver also make excellent transplants, and would be more beneficial than kidneys for victims of alcohol abuse.
I would like to refer to another solution, suggested by British writer Jonathan Swift to solve the problem of poverty in Ireland. In his paper "A Modest Proposal for preventing the children of poor people in Ireland from being a burden to their parents or country, and for making them beneficial to the public."
Swift asserts that "a young healthy child well nursed is at a year old a most delicious...and wholesome food," and that "breeders" should be encouraged to sell such children as a delicacy to the rich. For reasons surely incomprehensible to the author, this suggestion was never followed in Ireland or the UK, so we have no way of knowing how profitable it might have been.

NO! This is mainly due to the fact that it would NEVER stop there. Next, they would want the poor man's heart........or something else, like a lung or two. People will sell whatever they have, when in need and have a buyer. Basically, making poor people or prisoners a storage place for extra parts that richer people may afford is immoral, illegal (should STAY that way) and will lead to the selling of all body organs. Remember the homeless may not always be homeless, and druggies may not always BE on drugs. I've seen so much success with people who were ONCE on the street, on drugs.............becoming clean, sober, and now, working great jobs in the community

NO! it is not that only poor hav two kidneys.Besides there must be some opportunity for the poor to earn for their survival.Even if the government helps the poor to sell their kidneys, the social activists wudnt allow them.

I couldn't just sit around and do nothing like my doctors suggested.
