My brother in law recently passed away. He had no will. They owned property worth 48,000. This is the place where my sister and her children reside. The brother in law had a loan against the home for 8000. Which was paid for when he passed away, but now the loan company where they had the loan wants to take it to probate court. Also today she recieved a letter from a creditor that he had years ago about a mobile home that he had with his ex wife, and they are wanting 26000. My question is what can my sister do, this home is the only place that she and the kids have to live and she has no job?"

I am looking to get an aftermarket muffler for my vehicle. I am looking to keep it under $400. I want something mainly for sound an a little bit for performance. I want it to roar and be fairly loud, and have a great sound under acceleration. I don't want it to sound like something is wrong with my car. I want the sound to fit my car.

Lots is written about the detrimental effect of too much salt. What are the signs of taking too little? I give none to my kids and never cook with it. We eat bread and some processed foods but I really haven't a clue about our salt intake. Is there a machine to measure it ? Like a urine test or something.

RIDING FACILITIES

I'm going to be starting a horse business (boarding, lessons, ect.) and I need a barn that can house up to 30 horses, a tack room, and an office.
I'm looking for something that's nice to look at AND useful. Price is not anything for me to worry about.

If not, how does your husband stay with you if you are not getting all freaky and are all about the frumpy hosewife thing.

I mean, when I look around in the real world, the women out there look like the really suck in bed (no pun intended). You know what I'm talking about.
