Your bathtub is either porcelain or pvc... so no matter what paint you use, it'll eventually scrape off.

There are some things you can do tho.... you can have a custom made pvc new cover or you can have it re-enameled with porcelain. Both are relatively inexpensive and can be done in a day

If it's an old cast iron tub it can be redone by a professional if not try re-bath or bath fitter depending on who's in your area.

Yes there is a paint for that I think it,s epoxy and has a real good finish
