Exercise him, obviously. Labs are very, very high energy dogs - and lab puppies even more so. They need a lot of exercise, play time and training to keep their minds active.

You really can't do anything about a hyper lab puppy. Every lab puppy is hyper. I know a woman who has 2 labs and one is a puppy it is sooo hyper! You don't have to worry because once it gets older it will calm down and become melow. What a relief it will be for you!

well lab puppys are very hyper, but the best thing to do is play a lot with the puppy, i used to have a lab and they stay hyper for a while but if you play with them a lot then they will learn that there is a quiet time which will give you a break too

Labs, like most medium to large breed puppies, tend to be rowdy as they grow. Some of this he will grow out of, but to help him along, get him into something to keep his mind occupied. Any high drive dog that has no outlet will become destructive or aggressive.
Find a puppy obedience class and get involved. Training can help curb some of his hyperactivity. Make sure he gets plenty of exercise and has toys to play with so he does not start using your furniture or shoes for outlets for his attentions. Daily walks are a must for any dog, but especially for active ones.

Take him on long walks or run with him. Play with him to wear him down. Once he gets out of the puppy stage he will soon slow down =) I hope this was helpful!!!
