I heard that there the owner of a deli or store in NY put a sign in the window that said, "This is AMERICA: WHEN ORDERING 'PLEASE SPEAK ENGLISH,' " No one has been refused service, but the owner is being harrassed by Human Relations Commision for discrimination.
Is this discrimination or free speach?

We picked him up on Saturday and the stage 1 slow flow nipples are to slow but the stage 2 are to fast that when he drinks from them he aspirates a little and we have to rub his back to get him to cough it out of his kungs. With the slow flow he gets very frustrated and then refuses to eat. Any suggestions would be a great help. Thanks

A lot of overweight people make an excuse for themselves, by saying that they have a slow metabolism. But doesn't having a slow metabolism mean that your body takes longer than usual to burn up calories, so shouldn't that mean that you don't feel as hungry as often, if your calories last you longer?

Can anyone tell me the easiest way to get my new 360 connected to Xbox live? I have a PC, which has an internet broadband connection through AOL. The problem is, even though I know the basics of operating a PC - like surfing the net - I don't know anything about routers, LAN's etc though, so am not too sure what to do exactly. If I need a router can anyone suggest a good - but inexpensive - one? Also, do I need to contact my ISP about connecting with Xbox live? ANY help would be appreciated - thanks.

My niece and her partner bought a house together, they split up and were in the process of selling. It appears that he has absconded leaving a mountain of debts and my niece in a bit of a sticky situation. I understand that she now can't sell but where does she stand legally? i'm in 11th grade and at my school there is this teacher who doesn't even teach me but he acts really wierd with me. Hes like the strictest teacher in the school to everyone but me. Once he took a photo of me and started going on about how much he LIKED it, i mean it was just a pic of me playing with my hair. Another time i was in his room for some reason and he just came out with 'fancy a job rosa' and winked at me, then a few days later he was shouting at some kids and came up to me after and said 'i'm not mean, well i'm not mean to you because i know you like and i'm nice to you, you've seen my nice side ' and winked at me yet again. Whenever i walk past he has to have some degree of eye contact with me and whenever i talk to him he always touches me on the arm or shoulder. Its only me hes like this with, why am i been singled out like this? (sorry for posting so much i want professional opinions of other teachers)

I just had an argument with my boss who made the assertion above. He said that they are interfering in Afghanistan, have hundreds of radical schools teching hate and murder, are almost at a state of war with India and are that they have nationals living in England who are trying to attack it from within.

I said his argument was simplistic.

My wife still likes to wear the old fashioned stockings that are held up by a garter belt or girdle. Most of the time she has to buy them from a internet site in England or France and pay a huge shipping bill for them. The local department store only carries Hanes stockings that are plain. Both of us are interested in establishing a US site to sell the stockings, garter belts, and girdles if there is really a market for them. What do you all think? Do you believe that enough women would wear them most every day, like my wife if available or are they just a bedroom item for most women?

I am trying to get free internet service for my grandson who lives near wi-fi hotspots..I gave him a computer with wi-fi capabilities but he cannot get online as it says it is searching. There are free hotspots at 2 loacations near him. Would a booster antenna help? Any help greatly appreciated..

I've got the most fantastic boyfriend, he is loving and caring and we have been together for 2 years. He works away so i only get to see him once every 2-3 months. We speak every night on the phone an now on the internet too. I know that he would never cheat on me or get anywhere close to it, But there's someone very close to me who fancies him an its really gettin me down! She constantly askes questions about him. We all went on holiday together last year and she was all over him, and it wasn't only me who noticed it...my parents did too! Now i cant bare the thought of her being anywhere near or speaking to him! Because i know that she is trying to take him away from me, it wont happen but its just the thought of her trying wich is winding me! Ihave spoken to my boyfriend about it, and understands how i feel, but he thinks its that i dont trust him ...I know i need to get over this, an its ok people just telling me to get over it an stop being stupid, but its much harder than that!
