i want to convert to ntfs, but i dont know if it deletes windows.
coz i dont have my OS cd .
so i dont want to delete it.

No, converting your system from fat 32 to ntfs does not delete your files, it converts them. You can only convert forward, and once it is done, thats it.
Be sure to back up your important files first. Run the command through the command prompt. You can find the command on the internet.

It goes pretty fast, and is more stable than Fat.
Some older games run on fat 32, and may either require a patch, or may not run at all.

No, but I think it depends on the software used. I use Partition Magic and it just converts the volume to NTFS, FAT32 or whatever you want without deleting data. You can download it free from here:

How are you converting? Using the windows converter is safe. Partition Magic has a superb program to convert partitions and it preserves all data.

Just to be safe.... Backup your system before starting. A power failure or other interruption can be fatal when converting file systems.
