to get a marriage license in jersey city you need a birth cert, SS and proof of residence, lost my birth cert?

Can i substitute my birth certificate with something else? What can i substitute for it? and why is a birth certificate need anyway, is it to prove that i am alive, i already am right?

what's the difference betwenn these two.?

Pushy salespeople? How do you treat these obnoxious salespeople?

I go to any given store and want to find out about the product they sell. Then if you tell them that you are going to do some more comparison shopping they (not all_) get stupid and say a lot of things that make you feel bad about not buying from them..me? i just cross them off but what would be the best reply to these ignorant boring type salespeople?

Can anyone tell me why this is happening?

For less than a week now, for some reason every time I turn pc on there is something in my recycle bin. It always says TMP file 0KB. Which I presume to be a temporary file with nowt in it. I always empty bin but next day it is back, one day there were two files like this. I have no clue as to what the file might be as there are only initials with it that don't mean anything to me. Somedays diferent initials.
