Me and my ex of 2 years recently split, and he sent me a message on myspace saying "Im leaving in a couple of days to study abroad in Italy for months" and that was the last I heard from him for a month and 12 days. Anyone know where I can find any information?

If he studies in California, he may be on the famous Education Abroad Program (EAP). My girlfriend studied in Italy on this program as well. He probably is in Rome, where most foreign students tend to gravitate. Look at his university for study abroad programs. That is your best start.

There are lots of college sponsored study abroad programs in Italy, so he could be on any one of them. My bigger question is that he sounds like a jerk for leaving without much notice, I hope you find someone who'll be more considerate in the future.
