For less than a week now, for some reason every time I turn pc on there is something in my recycle bin. It always says TMP file 0KB. Which I presume to be a temporary file with nowt in it. I always empty bin but next day it is back, one day there were two files like this. I have no clue as to what the file might be as there are only initials with it that don't mean anything to me. Somedays diferent initials.

Try putting spybot search and destroy on. it sounds like spyware that is why it is putting its self back on.

Check for viruses + spyware. Legit programs don't muck with the recycle bin.

it sounds like you might have a virus or some spyware on your system. you may first need to get an anti spyware utility like search and destroy and antivirus software like norton.. after cleanin up your system i would also suggest you leave your antivirus running and set to autoprotect when you work on your system as this greatly minimises viruses and other malware...

I agree with the suggestion you download and install Spybot. If I were you I would also download and install Ccleaner: http://www.ccleaner.com/
