I have been playing prison tycoon 2 and i dont understand how to use the cheat code?

Question

the cheat says press enter and type "sleepworker" with out the quotes and press some buttons, but I don't understand it fully i have tryed it over and over again and nothing happens then there is a nother code that you have to change the file a little and i cant find the file.

I live near a Maximum Security Prison in the state of Georgia. A couple years back, an inmate who had been serving three consecutive life sentences for murder and premeditated murder escaped. (How he escaped the death penalty is beyond me.) Either way, while moving the man between cell blocks for his yard time, something went wrong. Somehow, the prisoner managed to get free killed both the guards. Inmates who witnessed the act from their cells told how he knocked one guard unconscious before choking the second to death with his bare hands. He then returned to the first one, and began to stomp the man to death. The guard awoke during the beating and pleaded for his life, but the inmate laughed as he continued to stomp the prone man. The guard later died of massive head trauma due to his beating and stomping. This inmate then escaped the prison by using the keys the guards kept on themselves, and was on the run until being recaptured two years later. He was found in Florida as I recall, possibly Miami. (You may know the incident I speak of.) Now this guy wasn't anyone special. He was a prisoner serving a really long sentence. One that he would never see the light of day. He escaped from prison, and for the next two years was unheard of. So am I seriously telling you I think the gitmo prisoners would escape from those prisons? Yes. The way I look at it, if a run of the mill murderer can do it, then a terrorist has just as much chance. However, in the case of the terrorist, things get worse. Not only do they escape from the prison, but now they escape into the continental US, placing them in prime locations to wreak havoc and kill our citizens. Be honest. If you had a prison with one or more of these guys in it, knowing how easy it can be for some prisoners to escape, would you sleep well at night?
