She likes to do what in public? Dancing? Working out? Something else? Maybe she's an exhibitionist or maybe she is truly proud of the results of working out. Let her enjoy herself. It's harmless. Don't we all do different things to be noticed? Maybe you're jealous.

They are called Exhibitionists, and there are many of them, both men and women.
Nothing wrong with that, provided it is done with modesty. Otherwise, could be arrested for public indicency.

I am not sure you gave us enough imformation,......... as long as its not at inappropriate places or offending others ,she is enjoying life ! sounds like she has a free spirit,that alone should be great attraction for you! And to encourage her for a future in dancing maybe?????
