I Changed my name because my husband left me when i had a stroke. everything was ok before i changed last names, now i cant ge the medicare D to understand that i am still the same person. i sent them all the papers they ask for and then some. my medicine is up to 1100.00 dollars and i havent got the money to pay it. can anyone tell me what to do to get help fast. i am almost out of medication. and am a diabetic.

I'm not a big believer in ghost stories or contacting random dead people, but I do believe that there can be a connection to a spirit you were involved with emotionally, such as a family member, friend, or even pet. i have a nokia 6133. i bought a 1gb micro SD in hopes of putting music from my (compaq) laptop onto the card and then putting the card in my phone. i then had to buy a card reader (IOGEAR) for my laptop. i put the reader into my USB port, and then i tried to open the drive (:F), but i get this I/O device error message. Is there anything i can do? Thanks

on my tool bar at the bottom i keep getting system alert i have 2 security software avg and avast this one runs all the time but the fashing red circle at bottom right still says i have a number of active spyware aplications which will affect the performance off my pc . does it mean i have some spyware virus or to many securitys to prevent it .

I'm a Catholic. She's an ex-Jehovah's Witness looking into non-denominational worship. She doesn't feel anything special at a Catholic Church. I feel like something is missing from those non-denominational places.
Our marriage is working great but this has been a sensitive issue from the beginning. Neither of us will accept the other to make a sacrifice for the other. (I go just to please her or vice versa)

Do we just go separate ways on Sunday? That doesn't seem right to me.

They don't itch or bother me until I accidentally scraped a couple off when I was combing my hair. I felt around and there is about 7 more of them...should I be concerned? I don't have dandruff and my head doesn't itch. They only feel irritated when they get scraped off, what could this be? Could it be a serious problem? One was bleeding a little, kinda gross. But seriously, what could it be?

Lately my boyfriend and I have been going through a rough patch. In the beginning I never doubted that he cared about me. He would call me several times a day, spend as much time with me as he could, take me out to nice places, and just overall I got the vibe that he really loved being with me. I never even asked him to do these things for me he just did them. After several months passed though, this feeling began to die down. He didn’t call me very much anymore, he never took me out to places like he did in the beginning and he didn’t want to spend so much time with me anymore. I feel crushed, I miss the old him, the guy that I fell in love with. All we’ve been doing know for the past month is fight over almost everything. For example whenever I talk to my guy friends he always freaks out. He doesn’t understand that I don’t want anyone else and that I love him. Yet last night we went to a party together and he spent more time taking pictures with his arm around this other girl, then he did with me. Honestly it made me really jealous; I wouldn’t do that to him, so I don’t understand why he had to do it to me. Also one night he and I had plans to spend the night at my house, yet he completely bailed on me. I went over to his house to find him calling up all his friends trying to find a good party to go to for the night. He never even bothered to tell me we were no longer hanging out. When he saw I was upset he told, me to stop pouting. He said, Saturday nights were the one nights that he had to go out late because he didn’t have work the next day. He told me that if I kept pouting then he was just going to bring me home because he didn’t want me ruining his night. In the beginning of the relationship he would never have said this. Whenever it is just the two of us, all he wants is sex and then it’s like the rest doesn’t matter to him. It really annoys me I don’t even know what to do anymore. But the thing is the guy that I fell in love with; I just can’t get myself to forget about. I really do love him just not the person he sometimes is. What do you think I should do about everything? HR Block make a big mistake on our taxes last year, and just sent us a check for ~$12,000 as a settlement. It just occurred to us that this may be taxable income, and result in us getting a 1099 form next year that we'll have to pay tax on. HR Block is being less-than-helpful in answering this simple question. (They suggested we speak to someone knowledgable about taxes, which we found amusing.)

So, does anyone have experience with any sort of settlement from a large company, and whether or not it resulted in a 1099 the following January?

he has twins from a previous relationship. But I can't get pregnant. My ex-boyfriend tried to as well, and I never got pregnant (and he has 3 kids now). So I'm thinking now it's me. I have a very irregular period, I'm 26 y/o and I am a little overweight (5'7" and 200 lbs) can that be one of the reasons? If so, it's weird but even when I wasn't overweight, I still couldn't get pregnant. So I have came w/ the conclusion that I am infertile. My PCP does not want me to get a fertility test, she said just to loose weight. But I feel like I am not fertile, I have now changed doctors. Is infertility common?

Our Listing agreement has expired for the second time! It's truly amazing even in this soft market that we do not even get people coming through! Realtor hasn't really advertised in local Sunday paper either the past 4 weeks. In a month only 2 people have come through. One was a come back for the 5th time. We have lowered the price below bank appraisal also! House is in Excellent shape and spotless. It was well staged. Anyway we need to sell and sell asap at this point as our new home is almost completed! We need breathing space from the realtor for awhile and would like the FSBO sites with the best record of sales.

I don't know anyone in Dubai, don't have any connections. I'm an American IT professional and don't speak Arabic, and single. I have heard of opportunities with great pay, and intrigued by the nature of the life. Should I secure a job interview before I travel, or go blindly and spend perhaps a month there, looking at the classifieds. The latter seems risky.
