Oops- Extra shampoo too harsh for body wash?

You know, you use to be able to unscrew the shampoo bottles when you got too much out of them...
so is it too harsh to use as regular body wash?

it's probably not the best idea to use in sensitive areas, or if you have sensitive skin. You can get body washes which double up as shampoo - in fact, most men's shower gels can be used as shampoo too.
