ive shed 13 stone, and have also had 4 kids, youn gest being 10 now, Im in good tone shape for a once fat bird...lol Ive copme from sz 32 (UK) TO 16-18. but am left with an unsightly apron, which is getting smaller b y the pound but even though im very comfortable about my bod and feel sexy as hell should i have a tummy tuck and remove the eveidence of all the choc...lol Any ,adviced,experiences good or bad pls....cheers

I am 20 and having this jock itch problem for almost a year and it's really irritating me. Sometimes after I used cream for several days it would be fine, but when the weather was hot again, the itch was always back and reddish. Is that one of the cause? How to cure it and clear the mark exactly?

So now I will try to use the cream and wear boxer to see how it will go, but I heard before that if we didn't wear briefs or anything more loose, it would cause the scrotums to be loose and saggy. I wonder if that is myth or fact?

I was talking to a fellow teacher yesterday about the use of the projector in the classroom and we both heard different conflicting ways to properly care for our projector bulbs. She powers down between each class and makes sure the projector fully cools down (at least 5 minutes of off time), then turns it back on. I leave mine on continuously with threats to the students to stay away from the machine so they don't bump it accidentally. Which is better for the bulb in the long run?

It's bad enough with the commercials, but many times the closing credits of a particularly powerful or moving film gives me time to have a catharsis of sorts, a time to reflect and absorb what I just saw. But on regular TV, the credits just begin to scroll when suddenly the local TV news dimwits burst onto the screen with something like, "A LOCAL MAN MARRIES A TREE! I BET THAT GIVES HIM A LOT TO PINE ABOUT! FILM AT 11!" ad nauseum until the credits are over. Wouldn't it be great to just be able to enjoy the movie's credits (and music) without these stupid cutaways?

Our dog for 14 years recently died and my family and I are thinking of getting a new one, much larger like Saint Bernard or Great Dane size. We have a medium sized yard, and we took our old dog walking 5 days a week so he got pleanty of exercise, and we would be willing to do the same for a new one. I have had a cough for ...oh... like, a month and a half. I assumed since i live in VT and its cold and cold season here, i was just being reinfected with multiple cold viruses. I also work in an office, so i am exposed to many people everyday. About three weeks ago, i began having a slight pain in my chest (right side) just below my breast. It started out as a small spot, only hurting if i coughed extremely hard. Lately, it has hurt to touch, breathe deeply, cough or sneeze. I have no insurance, so i was hoping to find a simple answer and remedy here. If not, of course, i'll go to the hospital. Any ideas would be extremely helpful. Thank you!!!
