Hi!
My Social and English exams got over! Social was quite easy, but i have made some mistakes, and guess what - i went to write the exam without having finished 4 chapters! And there was no need for me to study for english! Nothing what i have studied came for english! Thanks to andygurl, i could atleast finish that much, usually i will have loads to complete! French is the next, it is quite easy.

CRAP!!!!! It is just RUDE!!!!!! There is no such thing as shy - Ignorant and rude!!!

What does it take to say Hi, to a welcoming smily person???

I have said hello to people in the past and they just sit there!!! After feeling quite upset by tghe rudness, a mutual friends would point out they are shy????? WHAT????

RUDE!!! thats what they are!!!!

It seems so stupid that so many are controlled with fear based religion. Why not live life and enjoy? Why are people so afraid to burn forever that they turn into idiots, backstab friends, destroy perceived enemies, all in the name of religion? When is it gonna stop?

If you get burned, oh well, it happens, what can you do?

But why be so afraid that it destroys your life?

With all Labooors talk about encouraging social mobility in the UK, has any one noticed that its really going on - DOWNWARDS.

I feel that for many of us who have studied and worked hard from ordinary backgrounds and "come off the shop floor", we are punished with massive taxation and drops in living standards if we happen to put our meagre money int our house rather than drinking it and going on holiday.

It seems to me that I would have been better off being single and having lots of kids and just sat on my rear. Why does Labooor (and lets be honest the Tories were similar) hate hard working honest people.

Iam not especially political and realise change can be a good thing but this government has treated many very very shabilly whilst it pursues its soviet style social engineering agenda.

No wonder we are leaving in droves.

Any way, educate me in case I've got it wrong and I am slipping in to a kind of middle england paranoia. I would really value your honest opinion

Find the gradient for this equation:
y + 2x = 2(x + 1)

I tried transposing it to this:
y + 2x - 2x = 2
But that would make the gradient zero. That can't be right, can it?
