It is a very nice song I like, but not being a Malian myself, I do not understand what she is saying. Oumou Sangare is a Malian lady and she sings in a language called Dioula or Jula.

1. Let's correct the inaccuracies to start off with.
a) The language that Oumou Sangare sings in.
(i) "Sangare's lyrics are all in Bambara, a prominent language in Mali."

(ii) This is confirmed here.

b) Very nice song - hmmm
(i) Musically, the tracks on the Ko Sira album are all as good as, and some much better than, Bi Furu. Here are samples of all the album tracks.
http://www.mp3.com/oumou-sangare/artists/23443/songs.html
(ii) Bi Furu wasn't considered good enough to appear in 2006's double album "Oumou" which had 8 new tracks and twelve selected from three earlier albums, including from Ko Sira.

2. Translation
a) Bi Furu means Modern Marriage
http://www.vh1.com/artists/az/sangare_oumou/77774/album.jhtml
b) If you really hoped that someone would translate the whole song for you, then you should have attempted to get the lyrics in Bambara and then posted them with your question. According to this source the lyrics are included with the album. So either you have that information, or maybe you have an illegal copy. Amongst the credits for the album, shown in the following webpage is this: "Terri White (Translation)". This suggests that the Bambara lyrics are translated in the sleevenotes, and thus gives further credence to the idea that you have a pirated version of the song.

3. In summary then, your question was inaccurate, unhelpful, and possibly an admission of unlawful activity.
