It seems so stupid that so many are controlled with fear based religion. Why not live life and enjoy? Why are people so afraid to burn forever that they turn into idiots, backstab friends, destroy perceived enemies, all in the name of religion? When is it gonna stop?
If you get burned, oh well, it happens, what can you do?
But why be so afraid that it destroys your life?

I say take risks and taste the richness of life. Passivity is for sheep. I refuse to be a mere spectator in life. Grab life by the horns. Live fast, work hard, and die with your boots on.
Why should we be afraid? Everyone makes mistakes, but it’s how we deal with them that’s important; we should try to learn and live our lives as honorably as possible. If you live life to it’s fullest and strive for self improvement, you should be prepared for whatever the afterlife might bring.

Dear Humble Simple Man,
Please forgive those that have treated you wrongly. Everyone takes religion to a level they can understand it.
Live life and enjoy. Enjoy what? Most people are suffering, if not externally, inside like you. Religion gives them purpose and will. Do not take that what gives them life. If your frivolous life leads you to burn then look inside and change your standards.

6) Your chances of getting a girlfriend or a decent job are small when you are burnt. that destroys your life.

What you do not realise is that those who unfortunately burn before their final destruction will be tormented with torment that is impossible to imagine how bad it could be. It will be dependent on your actions/deeds in this life. If you have not done very much evil, you will not suffer long, but if you have been involved in a lifetime of evil then you will suffer according to this. But God is not happy that this happens. He does this as an act of mercy & final justice, because those who do not want to spend eternity with him, he grants their wish and destroys them for ever.
The gift of God however if eternal life - eternity with an immortal body and an infinite amount of awesome stuff to do and be involved in, it will be better than anything we can possibly imagine in this life on planet earth.

TRUE christians are about beliefs not religion, and their beliefs or what they do aren't based on fear of hell.

well the reason Im afraid to burn is that I was once on fire....it wasnt fun,really dont want to do it again...so to burn for all time?..pass

I'm not very religious but I would say an eternity of intense pain and suffering is not very appealing.
