i tried to uninstall already installed usb driver and install
it again,but still it is not working.what should i do to make usb install on my system

USB drivers are in built with Windows 2000 and Windows XP
If you are using Windows 98 then uprage to Windows XP or download drivers from this website

Go to the Device Manager and examine the USB Root Hub Properties and click the Power Management Tab. Uncheck the box that says allow computer to turn off device to save power.

Incude OS please. Try going to Control Panel> Add Hardware. Or Device Manager, double click on the yellow yeild signs and then click on Update Driver.
