Neither, I dont think anything can distract those who are really focussed, I've seen people go through the ugliest of break ups and still manage to be on top, about inspiration, not sure abt that one, havent really seen anyone become greatly inspired

Depends on what your talking about. If its middle school-high school romance (as in girl friend-boy friend) then its more inspiration, and everyone is trying to show off to the person they like. This can result into overacheiving athletically, academically, ect. College romance is 50:50.

98% distraction. School romance or any other romance is time consuming 24 hours activity. Where can you place schedule for lessons? After all must marriages happen in the work place.
