I was wondering what (combination of) essential oil(s) can be used to help you wake up after one of those nights that seem to last forever and are full of unhappy dreams? Not so much nightmares, but just a general sad feeling in the dreams that stays with you when you wake up and makes coming fully awake very difficult and during the day you have the feeling you're still half asleep and not really there, if you understand what I mean.

I used to take heroin (for about a year) and decided to quit, but just abstinence didn't work for me, so my doctor put me on a substitute therapy, i.e. on Subutex.
It worked fine in the beginning but after two or three weeks I started feeling horrible side effects such as dizziness, headache, sweating, insomnia, sleeping more than 12 hours and waking up half-dead, night mares and swollen ankles.
Should I stop taking Subutex by myself or should I consult my doctor? I'm afraid that if I lower my daily dose of Subutex or even quit, I'll go back to taking heroin.
Please help, I'm desperate.

Why web communities only spend time on social networking and nothing much else??? There're not much matured happenings except talks about sex, movies, music, etc. Is the majority of web communities generally slow or something? No offense. Just want to know why.

Wouldn't it make sense for those who can afford their own private health insurance to be able to use a private provider, but those who cannot be allowed some sort of bare minimum coverage by the government? That seems like a win-win situation for everyone.

I swear, I am surprised some of those wrestlers and the announcers that work with JBL don't get up and beat the crap out of him. He comes off as a raging bully. I think it's ok to be a heel, but I think he goes way overboard and sometimes I just have to turn the channel because his announcing. I can barely concentrate on the match the way he spends the match ups promoting his talk show, berating Michael Cole at ringside and the wrestler's he doesn't like. He's not even a heel, because he's even insulting some bad guys like "Mike Mizanin.' He also comes off as a ragin homophobe during Vito's matches and is forever coming up with stupid slang like 'fruit booty.' I thought Tazz was going to punch him out when they were on the RAW season premiere announcing together. I think The King's behavior in the 90s was an example of a good heel announcer. JBL is boring and uses the same boring comments, "MY MOTHER WATCHES THIS SHOW!!!" I rather here the king's snide comments as a heel than bullying.

I have an older cat, she's an out door cat too. Every now and then I'll be in my room (which is next to the door that leads out to the garage where my older cat and my other two cats are). Well every now and then I'll hear the door handle jiggle like someones trying to open the door. But I know it's not a person doing it because there's only one way into my garage and that's through the door and it makes a lot of noise when it's being opened. Then everytime I or someone goes to open the door, we look down and there's my older cat is sitting there, meowing like crazy. So... I guess she stretches out and hits the handle with her paws or something. (which obiously she'll never successfully open the door, but she tries.) Is that weird to you?

maybe this is why you are brainwashed? Maybe this is why u think from day 1 islam is the way, and violence is the way, or why violence is justified....or why other religions are considered "worthless"....

Hi there, I'm an undergraduate college student; and I'm applying to a graduate program. They ask me about my employment history on the application. Quite frankly, I will have to list "none" ; because I have not worked anywhere off campus. I have worked at various "jobs" offered on campus such as: "food service, computer service, tutoring center". But I'm not sure if I can list them as "real jobs" in the application package or on my resume.
Any suggestions will be great helps
thanks a bunch
