Hi
I'm about to do an oil change,, should I go for what it says on the owners manual? 5w-30? I heard that as the engine gets older you have to use a thicker oil..... the engine of this car is great, doesn't leak or anything like that. Also where I live (nj) it's pretty cold... I also heard that it's not good to use a thick oil in very cold areas.... Can you guys give me some recommendations on what should I use? thanks everybody.

okay so i just purchased cross drilled/slotted rotors for the front and rear along with brand new pads, some people are telling me i should have just gone with slotted rotors because x drilled rotors tend to crack and warp a lot, is this true?? would i really be better off just ordering slotted rotors? also about how much longer would these aftermarket rotors and pads last me compared to OEM ones?

I have a 9 month old Male Cat. His Name is Socks. I had hoped he would grow out of it, but he has not. He is really aggressive. He attacks the female cat constantly, and is rather ruthless when he does so. he does it out of spite most the time. I recently got a female puppy as well and he is attacking her as well. The Pup is a Black Lab. I'm afraid that the lab might end up hurting the cat seriously one of these times when he attacks her. Should i get rid of him (The Cat) or should i have a vet run some test on him? I Really don't wanna get rid of Socks, but the aggressiveness is getting bad to the point he attacks me as well and leaves scratches all over me. Noone else can touch him unless he knows i'm around or else he will spazz out and attack them. Is this a seirous matter and a dangerous one Or will it calm down once i get him fixxed? I plan on getting him fixxed very soon, just had to wait till i had the money. Please let me know what you think.

probably for my german buddies!

the other week when visiting Schloss Neuswanstein we stopped at the restaurant at the top of the hill, right below the castle... after lunch we bought some 'desserts' that i thought were called 'bavarian snowballs/ bavarian balls'. the were like tennis ball size and shaped 'donut-ish' things served piping hot with icing sugar, very light and had a lovely taste. Oh and they were deepfried like donuts..... but since i cant remember what they were called i cant google them.

Anyone know what im on about?? the german name, and a recipe, would be great!!
