Celebrity Big Brother contestant Jo O'Meara has said the "cruel" reality show should be axed by Channel 4.

Last week she issued a 900 word statement pleading for the public's understanding and claiming her life had been "totally shattered" by the Channel 4 show.

She told Sky News: "I feel if this is what a TV show does to people then it shouldn't be a TV show.

"I have got to pick the pieces up or I will end up going mad - more mad than I am.

"I don't think you can get much lower.

"They say you have to hit rock bottom before you can build yourself up. I just hope I'm at the bottom now."

She described the week since the show ended as "horrendous" and said she was seeing a behavioural psychologist.

For Christians: You know when you pray? you pray to God. the thing is God is invisible. Now dont get me wrong. Im saved. Its just that recently, I've had a hard time directing my prayers toward God. Its not that I want to pray to idols or anything, its just hard to direct it to Someone whos invisible. Any advice? How do I practice God's presence?

I am african American and my girl friend is hispanic. We have been dating about 6 months. We are equally yoked, and see a long future in our relationship. Her parents don't approve of her dating me. They would like for her to stay within her race or date a white guy. They have a poor image of blacks. My family is all college educated and have good careers. It gets old always having to prove yourself to be a good person just because of race.
I don't mind reaching out to them because I'm in love with their daughter, but they need to let go of the steroetypes.

My friend recently got into an accident and totaled his car (costs 6000+ to fix his used car that was bought for 5000).

He isn't really sure what to do now. He is an international student from Korea and is seeking for a car to drive with.

I have a black moore who is injured (scratch on his skin by his eyeball and his tail is getting feathered).. I think it is my tiger barbs who are doing this to him. They are in a 40 gal. tank. I have a 10 gallon tank that I am getting ready for seperation. Should I pull the two barbs out and let him heal in the big tank --- or should I pull him out and let him heal in the 10 gallon tank?

I just read, "This colorful barb is frequently chosen for a community tank, unfortunately they are not an ideal choice for all aquariums. When kept singly or in groups of two three, they will terrorize almost any fish that is unfortunate enough to reside in the same tank. My BF of 1 1/2 years, all over sudden wants me to be more independent, he wants me to let him go out until early in the morning 7a.m. & not go through his stuff. He tells me I am too emotional & that it stresses him out. He says that he cant stand me when I'm complaining, but then he appologisez quick saying he didnt mean that. He says he loves me but he doesnt act like it, he tells me its my fault for the way he is. I dont understand that if I am so terrible why doesnt he just leave? He slapped me in my face twice witha open hand & the second time I had a bloody nose, I cryed & he said that crying just pisses him off and he has no sympathy so if I want him to like me I best stop crying. I can never be mad or ask anything from him the relationship has to be on his turns. I put him out last night after he left again, just so that he could come back in the house (I have no phone to call 911) & he slept in the bed & he said to hug him why for what? Why doesnt he want to leave? I love him.

you guys think that we mexicans are rubbing the mexican flag in your faces, how are we exactly doing that? We are holding the mexican flag to show we love our country mexico. but we are also holding the united states flag bacause we want all americans to know that we love the u.s. I know you are asking why if we love our country so much why dont we stay there. Well its easy. if you lived there you will see there is no jobs and with no jobs no money, with no money no food, and with no food we cant feed our families. My boyfriend and I have been together for 6 months and I love him to bits. He has a 5 year old daughter to another woman and gets access to her 3 or 4 times a week. For some reason I've been avoiding having to properly meet her and only see him on the days he doesnt have her, I just feel awkward about the whole thing, incase she doesnt like me or she asks me questions that I can answer. Is this normal?
