I am trying to figure out where you are at. I am in Minnesota and it is -9 here but feels like -19 with the wind. Though it was triple that colder during the night. I just stand by my toasty woodstove and warm up. I had to get out this morning and my toes still ache from the cold outside.

It's freezing here to, cuddle up with a loved one. If they have to go to work snuggle up with the next best thing your pet, my cats are great warming devices when it's cold and they are happy to keep me warm!

Sit by a nice fire wrapped in a blanket while sipping a nice hot cup of coffee.
That's why I'd like to be doing right now. Unfortunately, I have sit here at work freezing my azz off.

it stays really cold in my house and we have gas heat so we dont turn it on very much. we have small space heaters, so i put one or two in the room im going to be in and wear thick socks, pajamas and a robe, and use a blanket on top of it. its not very pretty (and it makes me feel OLD!) but it works for me. they do say that the best way to keep warm is to lie naked with someone though. my husband, however, prefers the "burrito blanket" hahaha

16 ?? Ha !! It's only 7 here in Illinois. I have just cranked up the heat and have a little extra heater goin too.

It's a whole lotta -3 here, not even counting the windchill. I just went up and down my steps 3 times. Got my blood flowing pretty good!

If you're on a laptop, keep it over your legs. Mine is hot underneath.
It's -25 here, and I'm having trouble, too. Wear those fuzzy socks! They keep you extra warm.

Assuming you are at home take a shower and turn the heat up. Assuming you are at work get a cup of coffee and wear your coat.

You know what helps me when I'm freezing : I put one hotwater bottle in my back, and one on my lap, works perfectly within a few minutes already!
