how to you bring it up and tell him you still like him in a way that wont scare him?

Hey everyone, looking for a serious answer here. Im 18 and used to play football evry day and was very fit.Over the lasdt few years ive not done much exercise atall, and although ive not gained much weight, whenever i do a slight jog etc my heart rate shoots away up till i have to stop. Ive been che3cked out at the docs and hospital and had the all clear from ECG's etc. im worried incase there may still be something wrong, i want o go to gym, start playing football again to get fit but evrytime i do it my pulse races, about 3 beats a second if that makes sense.

The crisis is over but the pain is unbearable. When I found a passionate love letter written by wife to her happily married classmate, I could understand that she might not be thinking about our kids or me or her partents or the honour of the family when she did it. But I do not understand the purpose of this whole affair over internet. She is very sad now that I am miserable. She has always been nice to me, though I harassed her in the past. We made up our differences and been happy and I never suspected a thing till the letter. She gave me instances of her love for me and I do not doubt any of it. But the contents of letter are so much full of love for this guy that I can't understand how she could be travelling in two boats as she never need be. She has money, bright career ahead and two wonderful kids and the support of her family. I have none of these though I am workingand her parents hate me. I don't understand why she didn't tell me to get out of her life before she did this?

I have major allergies that affect my eyes tremendously. My eyes get irritated and red due to my allergies and me wearing contacts. I need to wear contacts, what should i do to reduce the irritation that i get in my eyes due to the contacts and what should i do to reduce how red my eyes get due to the contacts also.

I need to know what kind of contacts i need for my situation and also if i should take any eye drops for my eyes and at what times during the day should i take these drops.

My best friend is a guy, and he's kinda depressed as it is. I kind of forced him into doing it, he was reluctant but he did it anyways and he was really good... anyway, eversince we had sex together, he has been aboiding me, or so it seems, like not even a hi in the hallway at school. So here's the story: I'm a well-educated, Christian, Egyptian person. I'm pro-dating, but it's hard meeting a guy for the following reasons: I'm in graduate school in the U.S, so I'm always busy studying. And being at this level in my life helped me realize what I really want in life. I'm kind of picky, but I believe I deserve to be because I really worked so hard to reach where I'm right now. I am looking for a baby gate that will go at the top of stairs but I have railing posts on each side so a gate that pushes against the sides will weaken my railings. I'd also like to avoid drilling into them if possible. Any ideas? These are standard railings that builders put in most homes going up stairs, etc.
