Well, the only thing you can do is say Thank you; however, if the guy is a stranger, that is kind of strange. Maybe that was what he thought of to flirt with you; guys are usually nervous when they approach beautiful girls. So, he's just flirting; if you like him, initiate conversation and get to know him.

Someday, my wish for you is to accept a beautiful compliment by saying: "Oh! Thank You." and MEAN IT. I go to a Beauty Salon and this one lady is so,so ugly; but she has one the the most beautiful personalities I've ever met. She greets everyone with the most sparkling eyes and smile that IT just makes me glad to be there. You forget the visual.......... Compliments help every one of us feel that little tingling inside; even a grandmother of 11 children........

JUST SAY THANK YOU.
Even when you miss an opportunity to thank someone, feel the respect for what that person or those people did for you. Get into the habit of appreciating other people doing things for you.
But don't overdo it. Telling somebody thank you for every little thing will lessen the impact of a genuine show of appreciation. Just like, "I love you," use it sparingly, intensely, and not passively or cordially. Getting a person's eye contact is a small gesture to ensure appreciation and truth in giving your thanks.

um, don't say that. Just smile and say "thank you." I never had a girl say "no i don't" because then I have to figure out what else to say without showing too much of my feelings and that's a hard things for guys to do.

No, it wouldn't annoy me if the girl denied it, I would just think she was being modest. Some people say you should accept a compliment with grace, but I think it's up to the person.

As everyone has so wisely suggested, simply say "thanks." It annoys you when guys call you pretty!? Count your blessings, girl! With a different twist of genetics, you could have had the opposite problem.

When a guy calls you pretty smile and tilt your head and say thank you, thats really nice. If your attracted to him, after say" Not too bad lookin your self *wink* but if you REALLY LOVE HIM give him your number and say "Call me ;)" and walk away

Just smile and say thankyou. I knew this guy, he used to call everyone beautiful, sunshine, georgeous, princess. It was cause he didnt no their names. Maybe thats the case here. He wants to get into your drawers lol .

give him a nice smile and say thanks, I don't know, sometimes you can compliment them back, sometimes not, depends on the situation.
If I was a guy (which I'm not) I would find it embarasing to say oh your pretty or something to someone, and have them say "I don't think so" or something, what ever ya know.
