Clean out the tank and get a new fish. Make sure you have a cover on the tank. Dogs don,t eat fish,they eat meat.Your dog might have been starving or jealous. Watch your dog to make sure he doesn't get ill from the fish he ate.

punish your dog though you love it. punish in the way that can teach it - maybe you need a psychologist or someone that is expert in teaching dogs lesson. then, about your fish tank, buy another fish and make sure you tank has lid that can avoid your dog jump into the tank again.

Feed your dog on a regular basis. Hungry dogs eat fish. Don't blame the dog.

well, be sturn with the dog, and tell them it was wrong and show them that you are angry, and you were probably attached to your oscar, and i am sorry for your loss, i truly am, as an oscar owner myself, they are an amazing fish, and they are NOT MEAN, they are aggressive over territory if they are into small of a tank...

Well you wont need to feed him today aye, besides the fact he could get a bit of a stomach ache, take him to the vet just in case.
