I never wear any with those athletic shorts or swim shorts that have mesh lined inside of them, but I always wondered...is the mesh supossed to act as underwear? Thanks.

Ok, my husband and I live in military housing, so I was kinda expecting this anyway but not to this extent. My husband works nights, and I follow his schedule. He is the MP on base who take 911 calls and dispatches so he needs his sleep. But these rude neighbors blast their music 24/7. My husband already sent the mp's over once, and not only did they turn the music up louder, but they were screaming in my yard and pounding on my door, this being at about 2 am. I don't want my husband to get in trouble for abusing his power, but this is ridiculous. They have only gotten louder since, but I can only complain at night when I'm alone, and they will harrass me for it. What can I do?

This will sound crazy, but bear with me. I was painting my kitchen with a satin ivy green. I used one gallon and then needed more. I told my husband that since we had kids, we probably should've gotten the gloss paint vs. satin so that messes could be wiped down easily. So I used the same ivy green, but a gloss for a second coat. I, being a "woman that changes her mind a million times," hated the gloss. I only made it halfway around the kitchen before I realized that it looked awful,...especially in comparison to the satin. SO...I sent my poor husband BACK to the store for more satin to cover that yucky gloss. Now I have a problem. When I put the satin back over the gloss,...the dried product was a semi-gloss. It looks nothing like the plain satin. If you were able to make any sense of this...can you help? How can I make it all look like the original satin? (Boy,...what a mess!)

is it me or have choc bars got smaller?im sure the old mars when i was younger use to be the nearly the size of kingsize today,and maltesers you only get bout 6 the rest is just air.i had a curly wurly the other day havnt had one since a kid im sure theyve shrunk lol

while I was stopped at an intersection. After a few swear words, I was able to start it right up again, and I haven't had a problem with it since (this was earlier today and I've driven it a few more times since). It's a 1994 Mercury Topaz, and it's recently had a lot of work done to it, and I haven't ever had this problem with it before. It's got a full tank of gas. It's also really cold out today (-3, with wind chill -18) so I imagine that makes a difference, but my real question is,
Is this something I need to worry about if it just happened once?
