I would say India. India is home to the oldest faith in the world, Hinduism. It is also the birthplace of yoga, and has produced so many prolific spiritual texts, the greatest one being the Bhagavad Gita. While India is pretty poor, materially speaking, we boast some of the greatest spiritual figures and thinkers of any generation so in that regard, we are quite rich.

I feel that in the middle east there is severe intolerance towards other religions as well as women. There also is segregation amongst the muslims themselves. I do not believe that with so much violence prevailing most of the time in the name of religion it's self, it could be trully labelled as being spiritual.
However, even though from time to time there are still clashes between the hindu's & the muslims living in India, it is generally a country where people of all faiths have blended in. I feel it is also a part of Indian culture to place great importance on being spiritual. Hence, India gets my vote as being more spiritually inclined!

The sand suckers have a long history of barbaric killing, invasion, subjugation and theft of riches, almost rivaling the Catholics.

So I would say India is far more spiritual in their outlook and a lot less materialistic in their everyday life. Their religion not only teaches peace it embraces it with fervor
