many years ago when i was a teenager i was very hungry on my country and i started walking up north to come to the border that i have to jump 6 times on a period of 1 month once on the usa i got me a crapy job on the fields on california at 17 years old i put mi self trough school worked 2 jobs and was never a load for this wonderful country i worked 2 jobs for many years saved some money helped my parents and i opened my eyes and learned many things i could not on my country so much work i done and so many things i lerned made me become a COMPANY OWNER i always pay my taxes because i know thats what keep USA rolling and there is planty of jobs out there if you really feel like working sadly many people is lazy and find someone to blame for theyr problems i like hard working americans my wife is a beutyful blond but i dont like lazy people regardless of the nation they came from if you are a hard worker thums up for you for all the lazy loosers HEY GET A JOB AND SHUT UP

I live in Wisconsin. Drinking is a very social thing here. I myself like to have a few on the weekends, and on very rare (especially lately) weekdays. I have had a minor issue since as far as I can remember. When I drink any amount more then 2-3 I will easily fall asleep, but wake up about 4 hours later. When I say wake up, I don't mean to use the bathroom, I mean just wake up. I'll feel groggy, and "hung-over" but mainly it's because I just didn't get enough sleep. I know from past experiences that if I really tried I would eventually fall asleep a few hours later. I just wonder if there is a medical reason for this. And I don't always drink the same thing, sometimes beer, sometimes mixers.

i dont really know where my original depression really comes from, i clutching at all these different straws, i had a anxiety about having a gf over the years, could be that, or could be change of life circumstances, or couldbe a build up of a number of things.

what i sayin is i had 4 counselling sessions but not gettin nowhere cause i dont really know where my original root is and i so low that the targets they want me to set r impossible cause i dont wann do nothing

So my husband wakes up this morning and the first thing he does is call his best friend to see what he is doing today. I wake up thinking, "hmm, what are we going to do as a family today?". He wakes up thinking, "Hmm, wonder what my buddy is doing today?". When I get upset he says "you don't have to have me to take our daughter somewhere. She is only one and a half, and I am 9 months pregnant, so it is more of a chore to take her anywhere by myself. It's not like we can sit down in a restaurant and have a conversation. Anyone else see the selfishness here? I may as well be a single mom if its gonna be like that, right?

The Window

Meghan stared out of the window. She sleepily tried to contemplate life. It was all too much. Sleep would not overtake her. Peace could not be made yet. Answers eluded her at that moment. All of this happened for a reason. It would be revealed in God’s time. The vastness of the world struck her. White winter light blared in midafternoon. Charcoal roads whirred past monotonously. Dry beige cornfields multiplied with the miles. Tepid air choked her. Her body unfolded like a switchblade. The back seat hurt her knees. A wheelchair flanked her right side. A duffle bag flanked her left. She felt like a pharaoh entombed among the things of her former life. What would be kept and what discarded? She couldn’t be completely sure. That hideous hospital wheelchair would go. Aidan’s blanket would stay. The droning engine spared all conversation. Meghan was thankful unsure of what to say. She was grateful to her driver. But what else was he?

all the christians jump in and say "that doesn't apply any more"?

Doesn't it bother you that
a) it was in the bible in the first place (obviously at some point God thought it was a good idea, what, he changed his mind?)
b) it is STILL in the bible

as a sub-question, how can an infallible being change its mind? Wouldn't it be right by definition, thus negating the need for change?
