Can anyone tell me where I can find these puppies? They are so cute and I would really like to have one. Any suggestions please let me know.

Goodness---what is a chiweiner? some kind of chihuahua dachshund cross?
Find a shelter near you or a rescue group that specializes in small dogs. go to www.petfinder.com to find one.
Then find a mix you like that has a good temperament. Call it whatever you please and ta-dah you have a designer dog.
That's all these new "designer dogs" are ---mixes with with a name on them. I have never heard of a chiweiner mix, so for all I know someone accidentally crossed the two breeds and that's what they called it.
Please don't look for a "new" breed of dog. Most of these "new" breeds are crosses people are putting together for a quick buck without researching health backgrounds, etc. Don't help these scoundrels make money at the expense of the puppies.
Plus, two crosses from the same litter can have different personalities/temperaments. With a mix there is no telling what the combo could turn into.
Go for a homeless dog, PLEASE. You'll be just as happy and you can astonish people by giving it an exotic-sounding name and telling your friends it is a rare breed.
