a DVD contains four POINT seven gigabytes Of data. how Are you planning on Storing that much on a Floppy that only Holds 1 point Four megaBytes?

Now if you mean the driveR for your DVD-ROM Drive, you can copy that to a folder (put the driver in its own folder and don't put anything else there) on your hard drive and when you have enough files to make it worthwhile, you can burn the driver, along with other things, to a CD.

You can also use Yahoo! Briefcase to store the driver, just zip up the folder, then upload it to your yahoo briefcase and as long as you remember your yahoo password, and don't click bad links in messenger/chat, you will be able to get that driver simply by downloading it from your yahoo briefcase. There are other places you can store things like this on the internet, like idrive.com

It would take over 3300 floppy disks & over 220 hours (9 full days) to copy the contents of a full 4.7GB DVD onto floppy disks.

If it is a full dual layer disk ... you can double those figures.

Please tell us we are misunderstnading your question....this would be absurd,
