It's about 6-7 km there are alternative ways.If it's not the rush hour you can make this distance in about 15 minutes,otherwise it could take you up to 30 minutes.Good Luck!

Winyard has obviously got more money than sense and is living in a dream world. Doesn't it enter his tiny brain WHY the "shutters have gone up " ?? Probably because Brown has enough problems of his own and he suddenly realises that he should stop interfering with this high profile police investigation.He has now realised that this case is a hot potato and is an expert at distancing himself when trouble looms over the horizon.If Winyard feel the need to continue supporting this pair then that's his choice but he should leave other people out of it.Brown has interfered enough in this charade.

You can not walk from Oran to gov. buildings.
Also government buildings may vary up to which building you want to go.
You can take taxi and pay roughly 10-15 us dollars for any gov. building.
Oran is an area just out of Ankara. This is a residential area.Silent and south of the city on th road to city Konya
Good voyage

Addition to the above guys;

Generally foreign people choose Oran to live.

Bilkent, Beysukent, Birlik, Yıldız, Ümitköy, G.O.P. are the other districts which they live.

All are known with the expensive houses and rents.

Good luck...
