Sit them down and sya. ' I have been riding____'s horses for a while. They are great, and I am really learning about responsibilty and becoming a good horse person. I would really like to take on the responsibitly of having one of my own. I truely feel ready. How do you feel about that?'

Find a horse online or in an ad and show your parents why it would be good for you to have a horse like that instead of riding your brother's horse.

Dad mom I been riding my brothers horse for a while i think he is getting mad maybe i should have my own horse

get the horse to ask for you, or just be patient I'm guessing
your parents know you want your own horse and I'm sure you
could find some good stock on line

Make a list of the Pros and cons and show it to them. I think you'll find the pros easily outweigh the cons.
