Do they prefer someone who has volunteered, for example, all throughout high school and built Habitat for Humanity homes and whatnot? I don't have much volunteer experience, but I'm considering applying for the Peace Corps. If you have firsthand knowledge of the Master's International program, please contact me!

I've been married for three years and my husband told me that his fantasy was to see me with another girl. I'm only 22 yrs old and did not experience before I got married. Christianity has become tinted with some Negativity, such as racist using it as a weapon to oppress or those calling themselves Christians but acting the opposite. this has made me quite skeptical of Christianity is there a way of believing and following the teachings of Christ without having to be called a Christian?

Is there certain color combinations you pair together? Or do you eat them one color at a time? I pair the yellow and green together because those are my least favorite and I get rid of them quicker that way.

I am the wife of a soldier. My husband is in Iraq, this is our 4th tour. I am sick of people telling me they are sorry or trying to blame everything on President Bush. I believe in my husband, I believe in what he is doing. Why do you assume because I make a sacrifice for our country that I am angry? If he believes he is helping people(he would know he's been there 4 times) then I believe he is helping people what do I say to those ignorant few who want to discuss politics with me. I don't walk around saying you work in a grocery store that sells products with trans fat, why is your manager allowing this to happen, how does this make you feel? THINK BEFORE YOU SPEAK!! This is my way of life I find it noble and true so either stop talking to me or move to Iraq to help the Iraqis your way.

My boy friend of 6months was detained by ICE officals for being illegal in this country, now its' been 21 days since that happen, and I have talked to him and seen him in jail. He wants me to go to Mexico with him when ever he gets deported. Ive been working for the Goverment for about 6 mths now and finally I became permenate, and I also past a case mangement test. this will allow me to work for the gov't, and recieve much more money than I'm getting now. His parents love me and are all for it, they want me to get married with him, but I have a feeling that there just being selfish because they dont care about everything I have to sacrifice, in order to leave and go to Mexico with him. and I feel like my boyfriend doesnt' really appreciate what I'm doing....so what should I do ?

My fiance is very allergic to walnut trees, most trees in fact, so we were wondering if that means he would also be allergic to eating walnuts. He always seems to have an upset stomach after eating them. We wonder if it due to the allergies or just a coincidence

A man and his son were traveling to the bank one Saturday morning when they stopped at a corner. The little boy hearing a "Beep..Beep..Beep" and ask his dad where the sound was coming from.

His dad replied that the sound was comming from a near by dump truck that was backing up and that sound was to warn people behind it to get out of the way.

When they arrived at the bank the lines were long (as usual) and so they got into one of the lines behind a rather large lady.

All of a sudden another man's beeper started to go off and the little boy with fear in his eyes said "Look out dad she's backing up!"

how many languages is the maximum any one can speak fluently my uncle can speak 4. i can speak one (standard English schooling system)

Also... (afterthought) do you think it should be a parents obligation to teach their children a second language if they have one?- my mum is welsh, but never taught me it, and i have always recented that!

I'm 17 weeks pregnant. I do not know the sex of the baby yet, however I have decided that if it is a boy, I want him circumsized. I am not Jewish, but I find that circumsizion looks better and is healthier, based upon my research. My boyfriend thinks it's mean, but he is circumsized and prefers that he was when he was a baby since he doesn't remember one bit. I want the baby circumsized, is this just cruel or was your son circumsized and what was your deciding factor?

First short question:
If you are trying to come up with ideas for a soft sci-fi book but are not a scientist or professor like you see questions about often, is it a sensible idea to write down what events you would like major science in and then research briefly to get an idea?

Second question:
Once you have come up with events that you would like to happen (I want a war or I want this type of ship etc) and reasons for why this character is doing what and why this has to be resolved etc, should you start typing straight away without any major structure to get one big bulge of ideas down in a short story, then fill in the gaps once you are clear about every detail for your plot, which will in the end turn out as the novel you wanted? Or plan, plan, plan, then type, type, type?

Hope people can help - also, feel free to add any other ideas, tips etc as well as answering a question; will be appreciated.
