I have fallen for my best friend (a guy), who i've known for 7 years.
He got out of a 3 year relationship about 5 months ago. He seemed fine (he broke it off with her), until a few weeks ago he found out she's now dating his cousin! I wanted to wring her neck, he was very upset, called me up and told me about it. We talked and a few days before this happened I realized just how much I liked him and was going to tell him. But NOW, Im afraid I can't b/c of what happened. He seems to be himself again but said he "still hurts a little & misses what they used to have & wont have that again." I told him he would, but I wanted to tell him he could with me. But everytime I get the nerve to start to say something I chicken out. Im afraid he doesn't feel the same for me, though i get mixed signals. How exactly do I tell him I like him? In person? over the computer? What should I say?

has any 1 on here ever lived with an alcholic my husband is 1 and he is driving me round the bend at the moment he is on a bender and causing alsorts of problems in our family sometimes i wish he would go out and not come back i know that sounds horrible but hes getting me so down. My 14 years son told him today i wish you was dead and he doesnt care 1 bit that hes said it can some 1 please help me i dont know what to do if i leave i really think he will drink himself to death if i dont leave my kids are gonna be damaged when hes really drunk he says really hurtfull things has any 1 else had to deal with this and what did you do thankyou x x

I think I need a psychologist. Im 17 yrs old and my dad has been smoking for a while now. I RARELY ever talk to my dad. We dont hate eachother but we just never talk much. I've been waking up almost every other week at around 4 or 5 in the morning because I keep dreaming that he's dying or is going to die from smoking. I have a 360 with the hard drive. I need to return my unit because I get constant disc read errors.

How can I back up my games from the hard drive without buying a proprietary memory card?

I am connected to the network if that helps.

It feels like I'm overcome by a much broader sense of awareness (this seems to me the most objective way I can describe it), the feeling is euphoric, it has lasted for me somewhere within the range of a few hours.

The feeling is very distinct, I was curious as to whether others have had similar experiences. I wanted to look it up, but I was at first unsure of what to search for, so i tried investigating alternate conceptualizations of how and why consciousness exists. I came accross information about "peak experiences" that described perfectly the awareness I felt I sensed and the feelings that accompanied it. Has anyone else ever encountered this?? I'm trying to work towards being able to get into that state of mind more often.

okay im uncircumcised, and whenever i pull back my foreskin my penis head is extremely sensitive. i cant touch it without it hurting. its almost like a sharp pain. but when erected, i can touch it, but thats only it. how can i get rid of this sharp pain or sensitive head?

There were these three Eskimos in Alaska, and one time while they were at their local bar, they got to talking about how cold it was outside, and how cold their igloos were. They could agree on everything but whose igloo was the coldest, so they decided to determine who, indeed, had the coldest igloo.

They went to the first Eskimo's igloo, where he said "Watch this!" and poured a cup of water into the air. Well, the water froze in mid-air and fell onto the floor. "Not bad" said the other Eskimos, but each maintained their igloo was colder still.

So they went to the second Eskimo's igloo, and he said "Watch this!" and took a big breath and exhaled, whereupon his breath froze into a big lump and fell to the floor.

"Wow, that's colder than mine!" said the first Eskimo. But the third Eskimo exclaimed his was colder still.

So they ended up at the third Eskimo's igloo. He said "Watch this!" and went into the bedroom, threw back the thick furs, and retrieved one of several small balls of ice there. He took it, put it in a spoon, and held a match under it.

When it heated up enough, it went "FFFAAAARRRRTTT". He won!

We have had surveyors come out and put pins in the ground to mark our land. They keep disappearing. He is wanting to put a fence up for his horses. Many people are telling me that he has to put his fence at least 3 foot inside the property line. I want to tell him this but need to find proof.
