I have a multi-leveled house that has NO heating on the top level (where all the bedrooms are). We have a swamp cooler for air conditioning that runs through vents into the rooms. We have central heat in the basement and main level of the house. We also have a wood burning stove in the main level and a fireplace in the living room (that is just up a few stairs from the main level). What would be the least expensive way to get some kind of heating upstairs? Should we put in a whole separate heating unit, or is there a cheaper way to some how make it so we can use what we already have but vent it into the rooms somehow? A lot of people say to just use the downstairs heat and since heat rises, it will go into the bedrooms. This doesn't work because I have 5 levels of the house and the rooms are on the top ... the heat never makes it all the way up there. =-)
Any advice would be really helpful!

In this case, a friend of mine got jelaous because today is one of my other friend's birthday, and because of that she envied my friend for recieving more gifts than what she recieved for her birthday. There are 8 star systems (counting binaries as a single star system) within a distance of 10 light years from us. That means that this region of space has a density of approximately one star every 465 cubic light years.

Aren't there other places in the galaxy that would be much much denser? What would that be like? Would the starlight illuminate planets all "night" long? Could life exist on planets further from their suns because of the additional radiation?

I guess the "best answer" I'm looking for could be either scientific and factual, or creative yet logical.

Ford service technician indicated that my check engine light indicates that cyl #6 has failed. It appears my choices are rebuild the engine for $2000 or go for a new engine for $3000. I have a Jackson's Chameleon, about 8 months old or so, very hearty, usually eats 3 crickets every other day, everything in the cage is the same, heat, humidity, water supply, everything, but he has not eaten in three days. what should i do, only answer if you truely have an idea other than take it to a vet. he isnt sluggish or anything, he seems normal. (not impacted, because paper towels are used as substrate and i watch him eat all of his meal.
