I have a 55 gal tank with Wisteria, Sword, Dwarf Acous, and Water sprite plants in my tank and they are established. I want as many Gouramis and varieties as possible. How many can I have and not have a problem(how many of each variety). Except for the Sword plants all planted area are faily thick and stretch the length of the tank. Any help would be appreciated. Also if anyones knows of a good place to get female gouramis that information would be a bonus. Can someone also tell me how to sex determine gouramis, that information would also be useful?

Here's the thing. I'm 18 and just started the second semester of my college freshman year. There's this beautiful and smart girl in my English class I'm interested in. The problem is that she and I are so different. These are some differences. While I listen to hip-hop and r&b most of the time, she listens to electronica and some rock. I'm a very regimented person while she's somewhat relaxed. She's sort of "bad" girl who smokes cigarettes while I'm a naive dude who is afraid to do things like that. I'm willing to understand her better if I happen to date her. I'm actually so attracted to her because she's so different. However, I've always been told that commonality is very important when it comes to relationships; I've been told that the lack of commonality never leads to a serious relationship. So I'm worried. I am very attracted to the girl and hoping that I get a chance. By the way, I'm not even sure if she's willing to date anyone. Can two vastly different ppl become a couple?

I heard about a group of "concerned citizens" in North Carolina that once campaigned for schools in their state to have Germany and Africa removed from maps, globes, and atlases in their children's classrooms because they deemed these places to be 'anti-Christian', and for the letters of the Greek alphabet to be taken out of algebra class because they believed the symbols promoted homosexuality.
From what little I know about this event that may or may not have happened, it was either in the 1980's or the early 1990's.
If this is true, what is the name of the group in question?

The mileage is 70,000. Two owners, a car rental company for the first 20,000 and then a private party for the additional 50,000. It has been checked out and is for sale at a local Toyota Dealer used car lot. In general, they have a fairly good reputation. I have been married over 25 yrs. My husband is working out of town for over a year and is under alot of job pressures. During the last year or so, he has been treating me poorly; picking fights, criticizing me, making up things to fight with me about, and basically comes home to do his laundry and things he wants to do. Two 1/2 weeks ago, I requested that he take enough clothes with him and not come home until he was ready to be decent towards me, and participate in our household and marriage as an equal. It seems that if something, anything isnt in the bible, a book written by humans, that it's not true. That if something contradicts the stories in the book, they must not be true. Even though the authors had less knowledge of the world than we do today.

Is it not important to understand the world? Or does god was his followers to be dumb and lazy so they won't figure him out. Doesn't say much about god then, if he is scared that his creations would get too smart.
