Sweetie i usually have a Bowl of oatmeal(the little individual serving packets, that you add water and a touch of milk too) with a banana mashed up in it and mixed in,add a sprinkle of cinnamon, and a half teaspoon of sugar.Freshly squeezed orange juice for the beverage.
I know the oatmeal thing sounds not too appealing, however many friends have took my advice and tried it.They loved it,and so do i.You dont have to use the little individual instant packets. You can make a big pan of oatmeal,i just used individual because im only cooking for me,and it is silly to make a big bunch of food to throw away.
I also like cream of wheat. It is delicious. The texture of it is a little odd at first, but it is delicious.
Another thing,Nothing beats a piece of fresh fruit with breakfast.Oranges,apples,watermelon,pears,peaches,strawberries.Nothing beats slices of fresh fruit and/or berries with breakfast.Makes it a little more fresh tasting.Good luck hun and have a good day.

Big Breakfast Burrito

2 Grande flour tortillas
2 eggs scrambled
1/2 Cup meat (chicken)
1/4 Cup shredded or cubed cheese
1/2 an onion (Red onion is good)
1 Jalapeno pepper sliced accross thinly
1/4 Cup tomato chopped
Pinch of cilantro
Salt and Pepper

Brown onions in oil or butter
Scramble eggs
Add peppers, tomato,and meat
Stir on medium heat until meat is browned

Heat tortillas, while tortillas are still warm
place ingredients in center, top with cilantro
salt and pepper

Fold Burrito by taking one edge just past contents
Press on the edge and slide firm towards contents
Fold bottom up, continue to roll firm
Brown outside of burrito in oil over medium heat(optional)
You may want to add sour cream and hot sauce

Takes more or less 15 minutes to prepare. You can use
ready prepared ingredients to cut down on prep time.

This is a very flexible recipe. You can add or take away
anything you like.

My absolute favorite breakfast is neither quick nor healthy: biscuits and sausage gravy.

If I want quick and sort of healthy I have oatmeal with fruit mixed in (dried cranberries are delicious) - or plain yogurt mixed with fresh fruit - or leftover mac and cheese.

Sometimes I just have a mixed fruit cup - whatever I have handy at the time.

A bacon and cheese 3 egg omelet. Side of sausage, toast with butter with jelly and a orange soda. And chocolate cake for desert.

I work until 4:00 am and we have a free cafeteria.

this is my favorite breakfast x x really nice and not too much work x x x hope u like it x 5 tomatoes, finely chopped (you can also use 3/4 tin of chopped tomatoes) 7 fresh peppers, finely chopped (it is better if you can use the Turkish paprika peppers) 4 eggs some grated cheese 1 medium size onion (finely chopped) salt/black pepper oil Fry the finely chopped onions with the oil until golden. Then add the peppers into the pan. Cook the peppers until they start to soften. Add the tomatoes and mix them well in the pan with the onions and the peppers. Cook for 5-10 minutes more. Add salt and black pepper to taste. Crack the eggs together into the pan over the onions, peppers and tomatoes. Slightly stir the eggs into the vegetables. Cook over low heat until the eggs are lightly set. this is lovely with a fresh baggutte x x x
