i keep thinking in my head that i might throw up and everytime i think of it, i can almost feel it. is there any way to get this out of my head?

If you are anxious, or obsessing about the feeling, go fix yourself a meal. Make sure it has protein (meat, tuna, salmon) about 3-4 ounces, green veges and other low glycemic carbs, and monounsaturated fat. For about 30 minutes after you eat, do something that keeps your brain active, like singing or reciting multiplication tables or poetry or reading out loud.
