This is part of a research for school that I'm working on. Please indicate your gender. Please answer all five questions.

1.) Do you prefer to enter a common-law relationship or a contract of marriage? Why?

2.) What are your views on divorce?

3.) It is usually said that a woman suffers more than a man in divorce proceedings. What are your views on this?

4.) In some cultures, marriages are arranged. What are some negative disadvantages of this?

I have been told that I have a cyst on one of my ovaries (detected by ultrasound), and have been told by my OBGYN that I will have to have that ovary removed. I do believe that there is a bit of scar tissue located around that ovary and that tube... anyone with experience or real ideas, as to why I need to have the ovary its self removed; instead of the cyst, would help me out a lot with my decision, and would help me to educate myself a little more....

Thanks a head of time... Im losing a lot of sleep over the lack of education on this topic, and worrying myself to death!!!!!!!

AND YES, RECOMMENDED WEB SITES WOULD HELP A LOT.
But would love to know if anyone else out there is now or has ever gone through this one, or has heard of this "major removal" of the ovary because of a cyst!!!!!! ty ty ty ty

Is anyone familiar with these? People claim,"I've got ten cards,all with a value of $x.xx or $xx.xx or $xxx.xx,I don't know which cards have what value on them,I will randome select an envelope with a card in it and send it to the highest bidder...etc." -Does this seem weird? Alot of them have perfect,high feedback,and other people have bought similar card auctions of theirs,but it seems like they'd be losing money based on the average high bid of these auctions? I mean,why would they do it and lose money,nobody would right? But if they ARE legit,I've been wanting to bid on one,has anyone done one of these? Thanks!

Yes she was careless and reckless in not paying attention in what she did and she should be punished but why are people judging her so harshly, some people act like they have never been distracted before while driving or careless whether it's been eating, attending to children fighting in the car or whatever. I lost an aunt in a car accident where the other driver was going to fast and hit her car head on, so I know how the family feels. But it was an accident. I just want to know why is she being judged so harshly.

a co-worker and friend of mine has a small problem...and I am not sure on how to help ease her mind a little...b/c honestly mine isn't....her 18 year old daughter is pregnant...never graduated high school...has no job...no license...no nothing....she is however working on the above listed.....this daughter is 31/2 months pregnant....today she calls me and tells me that her other daughter who just turned 16 is pregnant....she is a freshman in high school...this has all been a really big blow to her (the mom)....i can't find the right words to comfort her...she feels like the worst mother on the planet...and she isn't...I have always felt that you are responsible for your own reactions...b/c you hurt yourself before anyone....any advice I can give to her would be appreciated
